I. Basic information of the enterprise

Yunnan Canbest biotech co., ltd. is a subsidiary of Canbest LLC. Established in April 2015 in Yimen County, Yunnan Province. Yunnan Canbest biotech co., ltd. is mainly engaged in plant extraction, separation, deep processing and other industries, the use of yunnan's rich wild resources, organic cultivation and tissue culture and other technologies, green organic plant raw materials into the international market, to build the company in the international brand effect.

II. Construction of the company

The project address of Yunnan Canbest biotech co., ltd. is located in Yiman county, Yuxi, Yunnan Province. The project covers a land area of 19 acres with a total construction area of 98,000 square meters and a total investment of 234.22 million yuan.

Since the company broke ground on October 20, 2015, the first phase of the project has been completed: Extraction workshop, Preparation workshop, Central warehouse, medicinal materials warehouse, hazardous chemicals warehouse, boiler room, transformer and distribution room, machine repair room, recycling pool, garbage room, sewage station, shift dormitory and other supporting facilities.

The extraction workshop is equipped with 20 sets of 6 cubic multi-function extraction tanks, 16 sets of 600-2000l concentrators and 26 sets of industrial chromatography resin columns, which can be used for the extraction, concentration, separation and purification of various plants. At the same time the entire production process to achieve automatic control, to achieve reasonable, accurate, efficient, safe, energy saving, environmental protection production operation. The production equipment in the extraction workshop has been installed and put into trial production in December 2018.

After the project is completed and put into operation, the annual sales revenue will be 604.272 million yuan, the annual tax revenue will be 70.1069 million yuan, and 194 jobs will be provided.

Iii. Raw materials Resource 

Yunnan is the plant kingdom, there are nearly 17000 kinds of plants, has the rich plant resources, is the most abundant raw material base, Chinese herbal medicine, plant extract including notoginseng, gastrodia elata, lamps, caulis dendrobii, dian floor such as the large varieties of medicinal materials and the basic characteristics of biological resources in yunnan, the company will as raw materials to develop series of health food and cosmetics for special homemade.

Meanwhile, due to the opening of the hemp market, the use of industrial hemp extract (cannabidiol CBD) has been recognized internationally, and our company has also shifted the development and production focus to the cultivation and production of industrial hemp. In February 2019, our company has obtained the production license for industrial hemp cultivation (approval no. 201901 for hemp cultivation in yiman county, yunnan province) and started to promote cultivation. We plan to promote the cultivation of industrial hemp in a large area and drive more farmers to participate in cultivation. Cultivated in my company and the forefront of development of domestic cultivation of provenance in Yunnan province academy of agricultural sciences, institute of economic crops, Yunnan academy of agricultural sciences research center chief scientist professor Yang Ming planting on research projects for my company's chief adviser, industrial hemp cultivation promotion for my company provides a strong technical support.

At the same time, according to the existing production line and equipment configuration, our company submitted the hemp processing application in early April 2019, and is improving the hardware and software facilities in the factory according to the provisions of the hemp cultivation and processing license of yunnan province, so as to meet the processing and production conditions stipulated by the state, and has obtained the preliminary approval of the industrial hemp processing license. Products with more than 95% CBD content have been tested.
